You finished Validation and the Auditor pass. Your pipeline/run.{py,R} is fast and isn’t hacking. You can stop here; the script works forever in your environment.

If your patch could help other AutoZyme users though, ship it. Skip if the fast version only works on your data (e.g. “all values fit in int8”) or produces meaningfully different output; those are local-only or a new function, not a patch.

What you get: name in CITATION.cff, contributors.md, per-release Zenodo DOI, patch catalog row linking back to your GitHub profile. Real, citeable, modest, but not paper authorship. Honest details in Credit & citation.
